Our Family Safety Blueprint equips the entire family with the skills and knowledge to effectively respond to incidents that threaten their family's safety, both in public and at home. This course includes a free home assessment to evaluate and enhance your home’s security, as well as safety training specifically designed for children. Participants will also receive guidance on site reconnaissance, defensive driving, and weapon selection to ensure well-rounded protection. Additionally, the course covers situational awareness, conflict de-escalation, and emergency response strategies tailored to family settings. With expert guidance, parents will learn how to create a secure environment, develop effective family safety plans, and utilize practical techniques to safeguard their loved ones. Founded by Lionel Vincent, Dynamic Concepts & Consulting is built upon a wealth of diverse experience and dedication. Lionel brings over a decade of law enforcement experience, more than 12 years of service in the U.S. Army achieving the rank of Captain, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology to the table. His professional background also includes a successful career in collegiate football and professional arena football, showcasing his commitment to teamwork, discipline, and excellence. As a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Lionel embodies the fraternity's motto of "achievement in every field of human endeavor," striving to excel and inspire others across all aspects of life. Married for 12 years and a devoted father of four children, he understands the importance of balancing faith, family, and personal growth. Lionel's extensive leadership and training experience, coupled with his integrity and steadfast dedication, form the foundation of our approach.
