Founded by Lionel Vincent, Dynamic Concepts & Consulting is built upon a wealth of diverse experience and dedication. Lionel brings over a decade of law enforcement experience, more than 12 years of service in the U.S. Army achieving the rank of Captain, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology to the table. His professional background also includes a successful career in collegiate football and professional arena football, showcasing his commitment to teamwork, discipline, and excellence. As a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc., Lionel embodies the fraternity's motto of "achievement in every field of human endeavor," striving to excel and inspire others across all aspects of life. Married for 12 years and a devoted father of four children, he understands the importance of balancing faith, family, and personal growth. Lionel's extensive leadership and training experience, coupled with his integrity and steadfast dedication, form the foundation of our approach.
